INTRODUCTION

1. Proportional control: The hydraulic system is stable and accurate, and the oil cylinder and motor can be controlled by stepless speed regulation. The control speed is only determined by the displacement of the spool, and does not depend on the change of the load.

2. Multi-element combination action: satisfy multiple actuators to work at the same time. When two or more actuators need to work at the same time, combined actions can also be realized under the conditions of different loads, pressures and flow rates.

3. Increased hydraulic system efficiency reduces median overflow losses.

Feature

The lifting system adopts open hydraulic transmission with gear pump oil supply with strong anti pollution ability and self-priming ability, with stable transmission, stepless speed change, good micro motion performance and strong adaptability.
The lifting hook and boom luffing are controlled by hydraulic winch, and the counterweight retraction and release are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which meets the requirements for efficiency and accuracy during pipe crane operation.
The boom is welded with HG60 high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.
